In the summer of 2014 Scopic filmed Tomorrowland, the biggest festival in the world. With over 360.000 visitors spread over 2 weekends, it was an incredible project for a virtual reality experience.
The idea was to make a film that would allow people to virtually attend this popular music festival. In order to create the ultimate Tomorrowland feeling, Scopic re-created 'a day at Tomorrowland' - from pumping live shows to the incredible environment.
To make this VR experience extraordinary, we got selected by YouTube to be one of the 5 content providers promoting their new 360° platform. As one of the first ever 360 aftermovies, the video got over 9 million views on YouTube.
